Decorating Portfolios 2000 and On. Even though I've dealt with some of the newest of furnishings and accessories, there is a majority of clients who cannot afford extravegance and seek simplicity in change. Often enough that simplicity comes from what they already have and I modify, paint, create or recreate to produce a new look that suits the Client(s)! While viewing our portfolios from the year 2000 and up, you'll notice what I've done on low cost budgets - effectively! Some homes were for re-rental purposes, some for resale purposes and others were just due for a change! As a Decorator, new homes are my passion, yet older homes and homestead homes seem to draw out my compassion. There's something about older homes, a respect of sorts, that permits me to see and enhance specific features, that give them their cozy and convenient qualities. As an avid refurbisher and recycler, Realtors love my services. My talent is in the challenge of taking a home that has sat unsold for over a year and seeing it sold within 3 months of adding my magic touch.
